North Island Community Services Society (NICSS) is governed by a Board of Directors, who provide strategic direction to the Executive Director and our 27+ staff members. The Board of Directors are volunteers representing of various professional disciplines, our client group, and the communities we serve. We also have meaningful volunteer positions available in other areas of our organization, such as in the Second Look Thrift Shop, Teen Centre, and more.
